Responsibilities
Provide administrative and scheduling support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and internal teams, ensuring timely follow-ups and task execution.
Support project coordination across departments, including tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, and updating progress reports.
Prepare meeting minutes, presentations, and summary reports for management review.
Assist in coordinating internal and external meetings, workshops, or client appointments.
Support business operations such as vendor coordination, internal forms, and administrative procedures.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the CEO or management team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
Excellent communication skills in English and Thai (both spoken and written).
Communicating in Japanese is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
Fast learner with problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and online communication tools (Slack, Teams, etc.).
Prior experience in administrative or coordination roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
