About the role

  • Oversee the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel for the executive team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing emails and calls.
  • Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings and take minutes.
  • Build relationships and facilitate communication between the CEO and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects and support the CEO’s strategic initiatives.
  • Plan executive-level meetings and company-wide events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff supporting a CEO or C-suite executive.
  • Previous experience supporting an executive and executive team in a global business.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience coordinating international travel and high-profile engagements.
