About the role

  • Play a key role in the successful planning and execution of high-impact marketing initiatives, including Elliptic’s global events programme and multi-channel campaigns
  • Assist the Event Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of a global calendar of in-person and virtual events, including third party conferences, customer briefings, owned events and webinars
  • Coordinate event logistics such as venue research, attendee registration, arranging shipments and vendor management, providing on-site support as required
  • Support in driving internal engagement with events, ensuring key stakeholders and teams are fully briefed and provided with all relevant information
  • Schedule and attend event kick off calls, regular syncs and debriefs
  • Assist in the planning and execution of global and regional marketing campaigns, including the launch of Elliptic’s flagship thought leadership reports
  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to populate the social media calendar, and assist in the development of high-performing content assets
  • Support in the build and scheduling of emails, newsletters, blogs and landing pages within Hubspot
  • Assist in the clean-up, upload and distribution of event attendee lists to enable effective and efficient lead follow-up
  • Provide assistance to the wider Elliptic marketing team with day-to-day tasks

Requirements

  • A strong interest in pursuing a career in events and/or marketing
  • Have previous experience in an events, hospitality, or marketing role (including voluntary roles, societies, internships)
  • Can demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Have a proactive approach and are always looking for ways to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Possess strong organisational skills and have excellent attention to detail
  • Are comfortable working within a fast-paced global team and industry
  • Want to be on the forefront of blockchain analytics and play a key role in getting our compliance capabilities in the hands of the right customers
  • Open to learning and applying AI-driven solutions relevant to the role (e.g., data summarisation, task automation, content generation)
  • Curious about emerging technologies and willing to explore the practical impact of AI on business operations and team workflows
