Responsibilities
- Grow Event Planner Bookings
- Reach out to new potential clients to introduce them to Perfect Venue to book venues.
- Create and execute marketing initiatives that drive awareness and new business to the marketplace (ie events for event planners, social media, etc).
- Event Planner Success
- Manage inbound inquiries and ensure prospective clients are guided through the booking process.
- Support clients in planning and executing events to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with venues to confirm details and resolve challenges.
- Build strong relationships with event planners to drive repeat business.
- Company Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and manage Perfect Venue’s own events, including customer events, team off-sites and conferences.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in event planning, sales, hospitality, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once in a fast-moving environment
- Creative thinker with an eye for marketing and client experience
- Passion for events, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences
