Responsibilities
Drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of BlizzCon 2026
Orchestrate key aspects of the event lifecycle, from roadmap development to executive presentations and onsite execution
Refine and maintain the master program roadmap for BlizzCon 2026, including key milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
Partner with various teams to align on content strategy and ensure smooth delivery of attendee experience
Prepare and present regular updates to senior leadership and facilitate decision-making forums
Collaborate with finance and procurement to track spend and manage vendor performance
Oversee onsite operations during BlizzCon 2026 and lead post-event debriefs
Requirements
12+ years of experience in program management, event operations, or strategic execution roles
Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with complex stakeholder landscapes
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience with executive audiences
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
Experience in gaming, entertainment, or fan-facing events is a strong plus.
