  • Manage the full event cycle: concept, planning, logistics, execution, and post-event analysis

  • Control budgets, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, business development)
  • Manage event agendas, speakers, and guest experience
  • Oversee on-site operations and ensure smooth event delivery

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in event management
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Fluent English (spoken and written, mandatory)
  • Readiness to travel internationally (30-40%)
