About the role

  • Responsible for promoting and monitoring ethical practices within Perrigo’s supply chain
  • Collaborate with suppliers, customers, vendors and international businesses units
  • Ensure ethical & social compliance within the business
  • Provide input and expertise into the global ethical, social and sustainability strategy
  • Engage suppliers, customers, procurement, project teams and other internal departments
  • Manage supplier Ethical & Social Compliance Programs
  • Coordination and management of social audits and corrective actions
  • Develop and deliver training programs to suppliers, internal departments, and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a compliance, supply chain or related discipline
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in business, compliance or supply chain
  • Strong project management and detailed tracking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with customers
  • High proficiency in MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel
  • A passion and aptitude for learning and staying at the forefront of the Ethical and Social Compliance arena.
