About the role
- EHS Manager responsible for implementing training programs for environmental health and safety at Dudek. Collaborating with the EH&S team to ensure compliance and safety improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- EHS Training Program Implementation & Tracking.
- Responsible for EHS training program and implementation and tracking through LMS.
- Maintaining training records including training renewal dates.
- Provide data/ material for trainings on client portals.
- Develop Dudek EHS training materials.
- Manage and coordinate all Medical surveillance for Dudek employees.
- Track metrics and ensure compliance with the Company, Client, State, and Federal requirements.
Requirements
- Associates, Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field and/or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years’ experience in environmental health and safety.
- Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a team.
- Understanding of Workers Compensation laws.
- Basic understanding of Hazard recognition, controls, and program implementation.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and active personal automobile liability insurance by first day of employment.
