About the role

  • EHS Manager responsible for implementing training programs for environmental health and safety at Dudek. Collaborating with the EH&S team to ensure compliance and safety improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • EHS Training Program Implementation & Tracking.
  • Responsible for EHS training program and implementation and tracking through LMS.
  • Maintaining training records including training renewal dates.
  • Provide data/ material for trainings on client portals.
  • Develop Dudek EHS training materials.
  • Manage and coordinate all Medical surveillance for Dudek employees.
  • Track metrics and ensure compliance with the Company, Client, State, and Federal requirements.

Requirements

  • Associates, Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years’ experience in environmental health and safety.
  • Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Understanding of Workers Compensation laws.
  • Basic understanding of Hazard recognition, controls, and program implementation.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and active personal automobile liability insurance by first day of employment.
