About the role
- Own and drive product development for the enterprise segment, delivering enterprise features such as access controls, security protocols, and private cloud deployments
- Lead development and delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions as product manager for key platform components (SSO, RBAC, access logs, analytics)
- Communicate product roadmap, strategy, and specifications to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Act as key liaison between technical teams and large-scale enterprise clients, understanding complex technical environments and workflows
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, sales, and implementation teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions
- Build strong rapport and lead research efforts with enterprise customers to capture requirements and priorities
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear communication for internal and external audiences
- Set high standards for product quality and reliability, balancing innovation with enterprise-grade stability
- Team leader and mentor, spearheading a culture of AI dogfooding in the product team
Requirements
- Proven experience as a product manager, ideally 2+ years working directly with enterprise-scale customers on technical cloud-based products
- Strong technical acumen with prior experience in engineering, DevOps, or related fields
- Deep understanding of enterprise security concepts such as SAML, SSO, role-based access control, encryption, and private cloud deployments
- Passionate about AI, agents and enterprise automation
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and rapport with enterprise stakeholders
- Exceptional project management skills with a track record of driving cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with a hands-on, resourceful, and independent approach
