Responsibilities
Shape the Web roadmap: define and prioritize features that enhance the customer journey, improve e-commerce performance, and strengthen the OBDeleven brand online.
Bridge product and engineering: translate product goals into clear technical requirements, guide implementation, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality delivery.
Ensure end-to-end product consistency: oversee the integration and optimization of our web platform with the mobile ecosystem and internal systems to maintain seamless data flow and a unified user experience.
Support engineering excellence: collaborate closely with developers, provide technical context, and champion best practices in modern web development.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts: align with design, marketing, customer support, and mobile teams to launch features that are polished, stable, and valuable.
Contribute to the broader product vision: actively participate in shaping product strategy, exploring new growth opportunities, and keeping our online presence ahead of the curve.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager working with Web applications (preferably in a fast-paced digital or e-commerce environment).
Technical background in web engineering or general software development, with the ability to engage in architectural discussions and make informed trade-offs.
Experience leading or mentoring cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, motivation, and effective delivery.
Strong sense of ownership — able to drive features from concept to launch and continuously improve them based on data and user feedback.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment across product, engineering, and business teams.
Strong business acumen to balance innovation, conversion goals, and customer satisfaction.
