- Champion agile ways of working.
- Enable team delivery by removing impediments and fostering effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters on process optimisation and agile practices.
- Build capability in Python, SQL, AWS, and Snowflake.
- Promote engineering excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Drive continuous improvement across people, process, and technology.
Requirements
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
- Technical expertise in Python and SQL.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, agile methodologies, and test automation.
- Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary teams in complex environments.
- Understanding of modern engineering team design (e.g. Team Topologies).
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Snowflake.
- Background in asset management, investment banking, or capital markets.
- Familiarity with data engineering workflows and analytics platforms.
- Experience scaling engineering organisations and hiring in competitive markets.
- Cloud and agile certifications.
