Responsibilities
Lead multidisciplinary engineering inputs for bids and live projects, ensuring safe, compliant and timely delivery.
Coordinate engineering scope, schedules, governance activities and resource planning.
Shape engineering solutions that are competitive, robust and aligned to customer requirements.
Manage engineering risks, safety considerations and verification and validation plans.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, partners and customers to ensure clear communication and technical alignment.
Requirements
Experience working within a highly regulated industry such as nuclear, chemical, defence or aerospace.
Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across diverse technical disciplines.
Strong commercial and business awareness in a technical environment.
Bids experience is not essential — development will be provided.
Degree in a relevant engineering discipline (or equivalent) with significant demonstrable experience.
Chartered Engineer status, or actively working towards it.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
