- Experience with the systems engineering domain requiring concepts such as computer architecture, operating systems, file systems, networking, algorithms & data structure
- Strong oral and written communication skills are essential
- Clear understanding of the product development cycle and project management
- Ability to understand and apply new technologies
- Experience with storage technologies is a plus
