Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements
Ensure delivery milestones, quality, and expected outcomes are met
Identify and manage critical risks and issues
Track and report engagement KPIs regularly
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
Manage client expectations and resolve client-side issues
Act as the main escalation point for delivery concerns
Own all engagement financials: revenue, margin, invoicing, collections
Prevent revenue leakage and manage scope changes
Identify and support account growth opportunities
Lead, mentor, and motivate delivery teams
Ensure the right resourcing and skills mix for delivery
Drive a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement
Provide feedback on solutions to improve our overall propositions
Share methods, assets, and accelerators to enhance our reusable IP
Requirements
Strong leadership and influencing skills (without relying on authority)
Excellent communication – able to simplify complex topics for all audiences
Proven problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
High level of planning, organisation, and resource coordination
Solid financial acumen in managing engagement budgets and margins
