About the role

Responsibilities
- The Integrated Planning Leader IGT-D plays a critical role in driving end-to-end supply chain planning and execution
- Act as the single point of accountability for Business Units
- Ensure alignment across business, markets, procurement, manufacturing, and finance to deliver on strategic and financial objectives
- Drive 'one set of numbers' through robust S&OP, S&OE, and supply planning processes
- Lead a high-performing team to foster strong collaboration and continuous improvement across global functions
- Balance demand and supply, optimizing inventory, and ensuring reliable product availability while meeting revenue and delivery targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's/ master’s degree in business administration, engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement Operations or equivalent
- At least 15 years of Supply chain experience in S&OP, end-to-end planning processes, inventory management, product life-cycle management, sourcing, supply chain financials, and/or supply chain modeling experience
- Highly effective at leading conversations that influence and drive optimized decisions with multiple executive stakeholders
- Confident in presenting own position despite resistance or unfavorable reactions from others
- Strong analytical skills to assess, frame and drive data-driven decisions
