About the role

  • Director of Platform identifying and engaging founders for transformative healthcare ventures in India. Collaborating with teams to leverage existing infrastructure for local market adaptation.

Responsibilities

  • Attract, Engage with, and Assess High-Quality Founders: Create a system to identify top-tier founding talent for transformative healthcare ventures and to enable all the India team to source founders.
  • Continued Founder Network Development: Establish and grow a robust talent ecosystem for portfolio companies.
  • Building a robust brand through marketing and communications activities that reliably produce traction and founders.
  • Manage the founder platform and experience for founders leading the strategic support services Redesign Health provides to its portfolio companies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience, ideally in venture capital or 0-1 startup, with a proven ability to identify and connect with startup founders, preferably in an international context.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian startup talent market and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent founder identification, engagement, and assessment skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a start-up or high-growth company is a plus.
  • Fully fluent in English.
