About the role

  • Director of Brand & Creative Studio at DailyPay, responsible for comprehensive visual and creative strategies. Leading a high-performing team to redefine brand identity in the financial wellness sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's comprehensive visual and creative strategy, creating a distinctive brand identity that aligns with business objectives
  • Design and implement multi-faceted creative systems to solidify the company's leadership position in the on-demand pay and financial wellness sectors
  • Partner with marketing and product leaders to transform complex financial concepts into compelling, world-class visual stories that resonate with B2B and B2C audiences
  • Reshape the internal creative studio from a traditional service department into a strategic partner that influences organization-wide initiatives
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, videographers, and photographers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and strategic execution
  • Modernize studio operations by embracing and implementing newer technologies, including AI-driven workflows, to improve project management and creative efficiency
  • Serve as the strategic creative partner to the C-suite, providing creative counsel and elevating the brand’s presence through high-impact visual assets
  • Oversee the production of high-quality creative content, including brand campaigns, video production, photography, and digital design assets
  • Collaborate with the Events and Communications teams to develop powerful visual narratives and presentations for high-profile industry appearances and keynotes
  • Partner with the Corporate Communications and Public Policy teams to develop integrated creative strategies that reach all internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as the lead creative liaison for partners and clients, driving joint creative ventures, co-branded assets, and high-fidelity marketing collateral
  • Ensure a 360-degree approach to brand consistency across every touchpoint of the organization

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in creative direction or studio management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, Communications, or a related field
  • Extensive experience with industry-standard design suites and a proven ability to integrate AI and modern project management tools into a creative workflow
  • A portfolio demonstrating the ability to evolve a brand and secure high-impact results is non-negotiable
  • Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to "sell" creative concepts to executive leadership and cross-functional partners
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on, proactive approach; able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
