Responsibilities
Lead the development, execution, and optimization of non-personal promotion (NPP) tactics
Own and manage the US Rare Endocrine overall budget
Oversee PROMOS management and assess utilization and effectiveness of sales force materials
Support the team with label update planning and project management
Responsible for fostering a productive agency relationship and managing all projects within allocated budget
Collaborate closely with cross functional team members including Medical, Regulatory, Legal, CMO, ISS, and Digital
Conduct all responsibilities in accordance with Company policies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with at least 4+ years of experience; OR a master’s degree with at least 2+ years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years experience
Marketing experience preferred
Demonstrated strong project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to navigate internal organization/processes and begin influencing key stakeholders
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a change agile mindset
Self-starter who takes initiative and works proactively
Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong understanding of Finance systems and processes to achieve assigned work
Competency with spreadsheets (comfortable with data manipulation & customizing reports)
