Responsibilities
Drive segment growth in support of A&G’s growth ambition
Define and execute global segment marketing and GTM strategies
Translate positioning and insights into high-impact programs, campaigns, and sales enablement
Own persona-based messaging, value propositions, and sales enablement frameworks
Prioritize segment opportunities and align resources to highest-growth initiatives
Partner closely with Product, Sales, Field Marketing, Strategy, and Comms
Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing segment marketing team
Requirements
10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership
Proven success driving marketing-sourced pipeline and bookings
Experience enabling sales teams with clear messaging, assets, and GTM guidance
Deep expertise in segmentation, persona-based marketing, and complex buyer journeys
Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills
