About the role

  • Marketing Manager developing innovative marketing concepts and campaigns for Gaastra. Collaborating on social media and event management while optimizing marketing measures.

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative marketing concepts for the Gaastra brand
  • Plan, manage and execute 360° marketing campaigns
  • Manage and further develop social media channels
  • Conceptualize and run events as well as sponsorship activities
  • Activate and manage brand ambassadors/influencers
  • Work closely with design and sales teams
  • Monitor and analyze marketing activities for continuous optimization

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in the fashion or lifestyle segment
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
  • Passion for fashion and a confident sense for trends – interest in sailing is a major plus
  • Creativity combined with a structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Excellent target-audience understanding and analytical thinking skills
