Responsibilities
Develop innovative marketing concepts for the Gaastra brand
Plan, manage and execute 360° marketing campaigns
Manage and further develop social media channels
Conceptualize and run events as well as sponsorship activities
Activate and manage brand ambassadors/influencers
Work closely with design and sales teams
Monitor and analyze marketing activities for continuous optimization
Requirements
At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in the fashion or lifestyle segment
Strong communication skills and team spirit
Passion for fashion and a confident sense for trends – interest in sailing is a major plus
Creativity combined with a structured and solution-oriented working style
Excellent target-audience understanding and analytical thinking skills
