About the role

  • Support the execution of newsletter campaigns: audience segmentation, recipients' lists management, scheduling, and deployment.
  • Track campaign performance: monitor open rates, click-through, conversion, unsubscribe or drop-off points; create reports, dashboards, insights and suggest improvements.
  • Make basic edits or support email/landing page content changes (simple HTML tweaks, content updates); ensure they render correctly across devices.
  • Liaise with stakeholders (Marketing, Content, Design, Data) to gather requirements, iterate on creative, get approvals, and ensure campaign messaging aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure data hygiene: check audience lists for duplicates, suppressions, correct opt-in / opt-out status.

Requirements

  • Launch and deliver: Support the rollout of digital campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels—from audience segmentation and list management to scheduling and final deployment.
  • Shape customer journeys: Help map entry points, triggers, and touchpoints, ensuring every step is set up flawlessly in the CRM platform.
  • Measure and improve: Monitor key metrics like opens, clicks, conversions, and drop-offs, create clear reports and dashboards, and recommend smart tweaks for better results.
  • Polish the details: Make light HTML edits and content updates for emails or landing pages, keeping everything on-brand and responsive across devices.
  • Collaborate and coordinate: Work closely with Marketing, Content, Design, and Data teams to gather requirements, review creative, and secure approvals while staying true to brand guidelines.
  • Keep data clean: Maintain audience hygiene—deduplication, opt-in/opt-out checks, and accurate suppression lists—partnering with data/BI teams for reliable inputs.
  • Stay compliant: Follow best practices for campaign timing, privacy, deliverability, and digital standards.
  • Reflect and refine: Join planning meetings and retrospectives, sharing insights and suggesting process improvements.
