Responsibilities
You are responsible for the CRM and email marketing accounts of the most successful online shops in the German-speaking market.
You develop new strategies with our clients to increase new-customer revenue, existing-customer revenue, and customer satisfaction.
You implement initiatives together with your team—consisting of designers, copywriters, and campaign managers—you take ownership and lead the projects.
You regularly communicate with your clients via video calls, advising them, providing updates, and guiding them throughout the collaboration.
Your campaigns generate between €20 and €50 million in annual revenue; through ongoing optimizations you ensure continued growth.
Requirements
You have more than 2 years of professional experience in project management and email marketing.
Optional but advantageous: Experience managing projects with a creative team (design, copywriting, etc.).
The cherry on top would be experience with Klaviyo, ClickUp, and working with mid-sized companies or startups as clients.
