About the role

  • Provide Discovery Program contractor staff management support, including staff supervision, schedules, and coverage
  • Oversee administrative logistical support: notify Government of schedule changes, work assignments, daily task documentation, and work location changes
  • Ensure daily time entry is recorded by all contract staff and provide timekeeping and invoicing for labor hours, travel and ODCs
  • Coordinate administrative activities associated with arrival of new contract staff with FBI security, IT, and other administrative units
  • Mentor new team members and address performance or personnel issues
  • Manage client expectations and deliverables and communicate clearly and timely with clients
  • Initiate process improvement initiatives and facilitate communication, planning, recommendations, and resource management across stakeholders
  • Participate in teleconferences/meetings to review, educate, and support program objectives
  • Assist in managing the Legal Clerical mailbox and tasks and develop/track clerical and IT project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
  • Assist with information for Change Requests and Contract Modifications and provide technical assessments, required tasks, estimated time frames, and effort for projects
  • Oversee and monitor scheduled system maintenances; review system/application logs and reports to verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups
  • Oversee Veritas eDiscovery v10 and industry review platform processes; oversee Exchange and Windows Server administration and support
  • Monitor DNS, WINS, DHCP, LDAP directories, Discovery’s IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) and network architecture
  • Work collaboratively with COR and OGC Government Leads to define and execute reports and deliverables and ensure contract compliance
  • Ensure operational coverage for critical areas to meet 24/7/365 requirements, formulate/enforce work standards, and assign contractor schedules
  • Prepare, review and submit required reports; present findings to non-technical audiences; provide cost and staffing estimates; ensure RFQ performance and quality assurance

Requirements

  • Top Secret Clearance Required
  • Provide technical and eDiscovery subject matter expertise to support the full life cycle management of the resources assigned to the program and contract
  • Oversee and monitor Veritas eDiscovery version 10 or industry recognized review platform processes
  • Oversee and monitor the system administration of Microsoft Exchange - 2019 and 2022
  • Oversee and monitor the administration and support of Microsoft Windows server 2016/2019/2022
  • Oversee and monitor the performance of DNS, WINS, DHCP, and LDAP compliant directories
  • Oversee and monitor Discovery’s IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure/Amazon AWS) and network architecture
  • Contractor staff management experience, including mentoring and addressing performance/personnel issues
  • Experience coordinating security, IT, and administrative onboarding with FBI security/IT (or equivalent) and managing client expectations and deliverables
  • Experience with timekeeping, invoicing for labor hours, travel and ODCs, and providing cost and staffing estimates
