Responsibilities
Further development of the existing e-commerce shop (Shopware 6 + Odoo)
Build and scale the new pet food / pet supplements category
Plan, execute and manage campaigns, product launches and promotions
Improve conversion rate & average order value through data-driven measures
Manage and ensure quality of external partners (SEO, Amazon, email/newsletter, performance)
Develop new marketing and sales channels (e.g., marketplaces, affiliate programs)
Implement A/B tests and continuous shop optimization
Build a small in-house performance team in the medium term
KPI-driven management based on shop and performance data
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or online marketing, ideally D2C, food or supplements
