About the role

  • Further development of the existing e-commerce shop (Shopware 6 + Odoo)
  • Build and scale the new pet food / pet supplements category
  • Plan, execute and manage campaigns, product launches and promotions
  • Improve conversion rate & average order value through data-driven measures
  • Manage and ensure quality of external partners (SEO, Amazon, email/newsletter, performance)
  • Develop new marketing and sales channels (e.g., marketplaces, affiliate programs)
  • Implement A/B tests and continuous shop optimization
  • Build a small in-house performance team in the medium term
  • KPI-driven management based on shop and performance data

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or online marketing, ideally D2C, food or supplements
  • Operational, execution-focused mindset: hands-on, analytical & self-starting
  • Experience with Shopware 6, managing agencies and shop optimization
  • Confident handling of KPIs, funnels and conversion logic
  • Understanding of performance channels (Google Ads, Meta, affiliate)
  • Experience in email/newsletter, SEO and Amazon management
  • Very good German skills; English is a plus.
