About the role

  • Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Oversee the deployment and configuration of Customer Insights Journeys, including data integration, process automation, and campaign orchestration.
  • Provide deep technical expertise on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related Azure services.
  • Architect custom solutions and integrations with Microsoft and third-party platforms to extend functionality and enable seamless data flow.
  • Define and implement testing strategies to validate solution integrity, performance, and compliance.
  • Deliver training and enablement sessions to empower users and administrators on platform capabilities.
  • Monitor adoption, analyze performance metrics, and recommend continuous improvements to maximize business value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or consulting, with a focus on CRM, marketing automation, or customer data platforms.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys and related Microsoft cloud technologies.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing complex integrations using Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and other API-based services.
  • Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, analytics, and customer journey orchestration.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure are highly desirable.
