- Dynamics Customer Insights Solution Architect at Moovx leading technical architecture and implementation of solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Oversee the deployment and configuration of Customer Insights Journeys, including data integration, process automation, and campaign orchestration.
- Provide deep technical expertise on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related Azure services.
- Architect custom solutions and integrations with Microsoft and third-party platforms to extend functionality and enable seamless data flow.
- Define and implement testing strategies to validate solution integrity, performance, and compliance.
- Deliver training and enablement sessions to empower users and administrators on platform capabilities.
- Monitor adoption, analyze performance metrics, and recommend continuous improvements to maximize business value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or consulting, with a focus on CRM, marketing automation, or customer data platforms.
- Expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys and related Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex integrations using Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and other API-based services.
- Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, analytics, and customer journey orchestration.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure are highly desirable.
