Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Oversee the deployment and configuration of Customer Insights Journeys, including data integration, process automation, and campaign orchestration.
Provide deep technical expertise on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related Azure services.
Architect custom solutions and integrations with Microsoft and third-party platforms to extend functionality and enable seamless data flow.
Define and implement testing strategies to validate solution integrity, performance, and compliance.
Deliver training and enablement sessions to empower users and administrators on platform capabilities.
Monitor adoption, analyze performance metrics, and recommend continuous improvements to maximize business value.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in solution architecture or consulting, with a focus on CRM, marketing automation, or customer data platforms.
Expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys and related Microsoft cloud technologies.
Proven experience designing and implementing complex integrations using Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and other API-based services.
Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, analytics, and customer journey orchestration.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure are highly desirable.
