About the role

  • Provide administrative, operations, and program support to the Behavioral Health Director’s Office.
  • Responsible for planning and coordinating meetings, workgroups, and project schedules.
  • Focus on facilitating cohesive communication, collaboration, issue resolution, and coordination.
  • Participate in team meetings and assume responsibility for completion of follow up, involving researching, analyzing, evaluating, collecting, organizing, assembling, preparing reports.
  • Incorporate information for special projects, making recommendations for action, and implementing recommendations approved by leadership.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and sustainability of key initiatives and projects by developing and updating spreadsheets and tracking tools.

Requirements

  • Three years of secretarial or administrative support experience that includes coordinating office procedures, preparing narrative and statistical reports, and administrative data collection and analysis.
  • OR an associate degree in general office occupations and two years of secretarial or administrative support experience that includes coordinating office procedures, preparing narrative and statistical reports, and administrative data collection and analysis.
  • OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Can demonstrate advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMS, Outlook skillset.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Use mathematics to solve business problems.
  • Ability to convey information effectively, verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time.
  • Experience providing technical support and training to others around processes, procedures, use of systems or software.
