Requirements
7+ years leading complex programs that span product, engineering, and business functions.
Strong technical literacy (able to scope projects, assess risks, and engage engineers) and GTM fluency (experience with sales, marketing, or growth teams).
Proven ability to unite diverse teams with competing priorities into aligned outcomes.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to flex between strategy and detail.
Experience building and scaling operational systems in fast-paced, agile environments.
Comfort with ambiguity, with a track record of creating clarity and driving results.
Curiosity, continuous improvement mindset, and a passion for making complexity manageable.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Tableau, dashboards, or analytics platforms.
