About the role

  • Lead delivery of the end-to-end lifecycle for strategic product initiatives, from concept through production implementation by B2B customers
  • Manage the full delivery lifecycle including discovery, scoping, business alignment, and production release in partnership with product and technology teams
  • Provide leadership and drive cross-functional coordination across product management, engineering, and operations
  • Facilitate quarterly planning processes across product and technology teams, aligning priorities, capacity, and outcomes
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to scope and manage transformation initiatives that improve delivery velocity and cross-team collaboration
  • Identify delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure commitments are met
  • Establish and refine delivery processes, governance models, and performance metrics to drive accountability and transparency
  • Serve as a strategic partner in evolving product and technology delivery practices, contributing to continuous improvement and transformation efforts
  • Support the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data

Requirements

  • Education and/or experience typically obtained through the completion of a bachelor’s degree
  • 12+ years of experience in product delivery, program management, or technology transformation
  • Demonstrated success or ability to retain highly engaged, high performing teams
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale cross-functional product or technology initiatives from ideation through implementation
  • Experience facilitating quarterly/PI planning and applying agile methodologies in complex environments
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, engineering processes, and change management principles
  • Background check and drug screen
  • Must independently possess eligibility to work in the United States at date of hire; position ineligible for visa sponsorship
  • Preferred: Experience with enterprise-level transformation initiatives; Agile or Waterfall methodologies; Knowledge of all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology
