Lead delivery of the end-to-end lifecycle for strategic product initiatives, from concept through production implementation by B2B customers
Manage the full delivery lifecycle including discovery, scoping, business alignment, and production release in partnership with product and technology teams
Provide leadership and drive cross-functional coordination across product management, engineering, and operations
Facilitate quarterly planning processes across product and technology teams, aligning priorities, capacity, and outcomes
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to scope and manage transformation initiatives that improve delivery velocity and cross-team collaboration
Identify delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure commitments are met
Establish and refine delivery processes, governance models, and performance metrics to drive accountability and transparency
Serve as a strategic partner in evolving product and technology delivery practices, contributing to continuous improvement and transformation efforts
Support the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data
Requirements
Education and/or experience typically obtained through the completion of a bachelor’s degree
12+ years of experience in product delivery, program management, or technology transformation
Demonstrated success or ability to retain highly engaged, high performing teams
Proven track record of leading large-scale cross-functional product or technology initiatives from ideation through implementation
Experience facilitating quarterly/PI planning and applying agile methodologies in complex environments
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, engineering processes, and change management principles

Preferred: Experience with enterprise-level transformation initiatives; Agile or Waterfall methodologies; Knowledge of all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology
