About the role

  • You are responsible for establishing and expanding the Pharma / Medical Technology & Health Care segment.
  • To achieve growth targets, you develop innovative ideas and strategies within your area of responsibility.
  • Through structured, targeted and professional client acquisition, you win new clients for the placement of key positions (both interim and permanent).
  • Based on market observations, you develop strategies to identify and optimally exploit potential and are responsible for their implementation.
  • You manage our existing clients, continuously expand collaboration at management level and are responsible for developing and servicing key accounts, with a focus on the upper mid-market and corporations.
  • You lead recruitment processes for (inter)national mandates, work hand in hand with our research specialists and conduct targeted interviews with managers.
  • You act as a brand ambassador for KEYPLAYER in your segment and impress our clients by filling high-calibre positions at well-known brands and hidden champions at first- and second-level management.
  • You are responsible for expanding our adviser board for the segment and for coordinating and collaborating with the advisers.

Requirements

  • You bring at least five to ten years of operational professional experience from the Pharma / Medical Technology & Health Care industry or from a consulting firm specialized in this segment, or you are recognized as a top manager in the segment and well networked, with a personal affinity for business development.
  • Alternatively, you bring many years of experience from a high-end recruitment firm (interim and/or executive search) in the segment and thus a deep understanding of the operational perspective and the requirements of roles and candidates.
  • You have strategic vision for expanding the segment's business development.
  • People and client satisfaction are your passion; achieving targets and successfully managing demanding mandates is a fulfilling task for you.
  • You have a structured, conscientious working style and think and act entrepreneurially.
  • A professional, representative demeanour is your trademark, allowing you to be valued and recognized by our clients at the top level as a partner and solution provider.
  • Highest quality and customer orientation are natural standards in your daily work.
  • As an innovative problem solver, you look beyond the obvious and inspire through your entrepreneurial spirit and commitment.
