Responsibilities
Operational leadership of the psychiatric clinics within a centralized structure, analogous to a hospital operations management, working together with a central nursing director for psychiatry and the medical directors
Close cooperation with the administrative/financial directorates of the somatic departments and with executive management
Coordination of processes established across multiple sites
Ensuring smooth operational workflows and safeguarding the financial performance
Organizational and commercial development of the facilities within the applicable regulatory framework
Responsibility for compliance with minimum staffing requirements according to the PPP-RL (including MD-KQ-RL)
Management of annual financial statements and economic analyses, implementation of financial planning and conduct of budget negotiations
Requirements
Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
Extensive experience with hospital management processes and structures
Ideally, in-depth knowledge of psychiatry, psychotherapy and psychosomatics, and an interest in cross-clinic collaboration
Strong leadership skills as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities; combined with decisive and sustainable implementation of managerial decisions
High team orientation and the ability to lead, motivate and engage people on a shared path to success
