Responsibilities
- Leadership of the Enablement team (100+ people) • Driving continuous improvement to meet estimating norms • Developing the team for Sizewell Units 3 and 4 • Oversee workforce planning with partner companies • Represent MEH Alliance in discussions with Altrad and Cavendish Nuclear • Ensure planned works are clearly represented with the MEH Programme • Work with MEH Alliance planning community for incremental improvements • Act as the key link between Engineering/Procurement and Construction for Enablement scope • Responsibility for safe and defect-free construction of Works
