About the role

  • Managing and growing existing partnerships to deliver measurable revenue impact
  • Identifying, developing, and launching new strategic alliances and OEM / reseller partnerships
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to maximize value from partnerships
  • Continuously scouting and shaping new partnership opportunities in the AI and GTM technology landscape

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem strategy within SaaS, AI, or enterprise software companies
  • Prior experience in Strategy Consulting or Strategy & Operations role is a plus
  • Proven success managing complex partnerships that deliver measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in enterprise software, particularly in sales enablement, CRM, or revenue productivity domains.
  • Experience negotiating and structuring reseller, OEM, or co-sell agreements with technology companies.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Analytical and results-oriented mindset — comfortable working with financial models, forecasts, and KPIs.
  • Entrepreneurial, strategic, and collaborative approach to building scalable partner ecosystems.
