About the role

  • Drive daily delivery across our global recruiting teams
  • Own the optimization of the ATS (Jobvite) and global recruiting toolkit
  • Manage, coach, and develop Talent Acquisition Managers and Team Leads
  • Work closely with senior business leadership to review hiring plans
  • Lead the team in developing high-volume sourcing and pipelining strategies for critical roles

Requirements

  • 10 + years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition
  • 5 + years leading managers or team leads in a high-growth SaaS technology company
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field preferred but not required
  • Expert-level proficiency in Recruiting Operations and ATS management (Jobvite or other ATS)
  • Experience managing and influencing leaders from diverse geographical and cultural backgrounds
