Responsibilities
Drive daily delivery across our global recruiting teams
Own the optimization of the ATS (Jobvite) and global recruiting toolkit
Manage, coach, and develop Talent Acquisition Managers and Team Leads
Work closely with senior business leadership to review hiring plans
Lead the team in developing high-volume sourcing and pipelining strategies for critical roles
Requirements
10 + years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition
5 + years leading managers or team leads in a high-growth SaaS technology company
Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field preferred but not required
Expert-level proficiency in Recruiting Operations and ATS management (Jobvite or other ATS)
Experience managing and influencing leaders from diverse geographical and cultural backgrounds
