Responsibilities
- Drive daily delivery across our global recruiting teams
- Own the optimization of the ATS (Jobvite) and global recruiting toolkit
- Manage, coach, and develop Talent Acquisition Managers and Team Leads
- Work closely with senior business leadership to review hiring plans
- Lead the team in developing high-volume sourcing and pipelining strategies for critical roles
Requirements
- 10 + years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition
- 5 + years leading managers or team leads in a high-growth SaaS technology company
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field preferred but not required
- Expert-level proficiency in Recruiting Operations and ATS management (Jobvite or other ATS)
- Experience managing and influencing leaders from diverse geographical and cultural backgrounds
