About the role

  • Lead and scale global marketing operations function across: Marketing Automation, Marketing Technology, Lead Management and In-Product Marketing Operations
  • Drive the execution of scalable, data-driven marketing strategies
  • Ensure seamless MarTech integration
  • Deliver personalized user experiences across the customer lifecycle
  • Drive operational excellence across Marketo and Salesforce
  • Manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle including scoring and nurturing
  • Lead the global technical strategy for in-product user communications
  • Evolve our Revenue Contribution Model
  • Enable omnichannel campaigns
  • Build the infrastructure for scalable, data-driven marketing

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations roles, with at least 3 years in a people leadership capacity
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • Hands-on experience managing global marketing automation instances, ABM technology and CRM integrations (experience in Marketo, DemandBase and Salesforce CRM a plus)
  • Experience with in-product marketing tools and engagement strategies
  • Experience supporting enterprise B2B Account Based Marketing in a SaaS or technology environment is a plus
  • Prior involvement in large-scale CRM or MarTech migrations highly desirable
  • Experience working across time zones and managing remote teams is a plus
  • Proven leadership managing global marketing operations teams and strategic programs
  • Strong background and proven track record in SaaS and / or Product-led-growth (PLG) businesses
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, attribution modeling, and marketing performance metrics
  • Ability to navigate technical conversations and collaborate with engineering, product, and analytics teams
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Experience building scalable processes and documentation across global organizations
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
