Requirements
10+ years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations roles, with at least 3 years in a people leadership capacity
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field
Hands-on experience managing global marketing automation instances, ABM technology and CRM integrations (experience in Marketo, DemandBase and Salesforce CRM a plus)
Experience with in-product marketing tools and engagement strategies
Experience supporting enterprise B2B Account Based Marketing in a SaaS or technology environment is a plus
Prior involvement in large-scale CRM or MarTech migrations highly desirable
Experience working across time zones and managing remote teams is a plus
Proven leadership managing global marketing operations teams and strategic programs
Strong background and proven track record in SaaS and / or Product-led-growth (PLG) businesses
Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, attribution modeling, and marketing performance metrics
Ability to navigate technical conversations and collaborate with engineering, product, and analytics teams
Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills
Experience building scalable processes and documentation across global organizations
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
