Manage relationships with PR, creative, and digital agencies; oversee scopes, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate cross-functional campaign execution ensuring unified messaging and timing.
Develop and maintain crisis communications protocols; advise leadership during high-stakes situations.
Create toolkits, talking points, and ready-to-use content for employees, executives, and partners; train internal teams.
Define and track KPIs for reach, engagement, and message adoption; leverage analytics to optimize strategies.
Requirements
5+ years in communications, content strategy, or digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record managing multi-channel communications and external agencies.
Demonstrated experience in crisis communications and reputation management.
Skilled storyteller with the ability to adapt narratives for different audiences and formats.
Experience with digital publishing, social platforms, email marketing, and webinar tools.
Preferred: Experience in behavioral health, public health, youth services, or education.
Preferred: Familiarity with government programs, Medicaid, or education policy landscapes.

Benefits
Compensation: The base salary for this role is $130,000 to $150,000 annually.
