About the role

  • Partnering with SMEs across functions to create informed, accurate content and secure initial reviews, adhering to the established content approval framework.
  • Working with the Head of Transformation Communications to develop project communications strategies and implementation plans.
  • Designing and creating effective copy, graphics, audio and video collateral for a variety of distribution sources (intranet, direct email, digital/social media, newsletters, etc.) to drive engagement and participation in support of change readiness and adoption.
  • Assisting in the development and delivery of a quarterly communications evaluation dashboard.
  • Supporting the successful creation and execution of live events (town halls, open days, launch events, media tours) in partnership with third party and internal agencies
  • Ensuring Transformation Communications updates are provided routinely to support all project/programme governance reporting.
  • Raising and processing purchase orders for third party services as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in strategic communications, preferably in PR agency or a health or logistics-focused organisation.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships at all levels and operate as a team player with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Excellent content production skills adaptable to various media; able to produce engaging presentations, news releases, briefings and video content.
  • Act as a prudent and experienced editor to ensure high-quality output of all materials.
  • Experience briefing/managing external suppliers/agencies (if relevant).
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively identify and respond to opportunities.
  • Strong project management skills, including ability to flex priorities to maximise effectiveness and manage a busy workload with competing deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams as well as video editing and news distribution tools eg. Marketing Cloud
