Requirements
Bachelor's degree is required
4-6 years of experience in communications and/or direct-response marketing or related field
Self-starter; must use knowledge and creativity to advance robust donor communications.
Experience managing projects from conceptualization to completion; excellent management fundamentals including planning, project communication, and project analysis.
Innovative marketing experience; well-developed sense of audience needs; ability to communicate effectively with various constituencies.
Familiarity with content management systems and content relationships management tools; requires working knowledge of HTML; comfort with graphic design and video editing software.
Results-driven individual with desire to enhance acquisition, conversion, retention, stewardship and marketing.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize; highly detail-oriented; able to execute quickly and efficiently.
Experience working in print/digital communications.
