Partner with Sales, Product Development, Customer Support, and other teams to coordinate resources and deliver a cohesive onboarding experience.
Provide regular status updates to clients and address questions or concerns promptly, serving as the primary point of contact during onboarding.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and leverage automation to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within the onboarding process.
Track and evaluate the progress of onboarding activities, anticipate potential bottlenecks and escalate issues for timely resolution.
Cultivate strong client relationships during onboarding, providing exceptional service, clear communication, and proactive support.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of project management, with at least 3 years focused on client-facing healthcare or medical billing initiatives.
Solid understanding of medical billing processes, revenue cycle management, and healthcare compliance requirements.
Strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage complex client documentation.
Ability to direct cross-functional initiatives, manage multiple client projects simultaneously, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
