About the role

  • Train our clients on how to use our system to create, track & monitor their orders.
  • Deliver client-focused solutions based on client needs.
  • Effectively build positive long-term relationships with our clients.
  • Accurately update the pipe drive following each client interaction.
  • Ensure clients are charged the correct price for the service provided.
  • Make sure that the new accounts are stable and active during the incubation period.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in client onboarding or a similar role.
  • An eye for detail to drive process improvements
  • Effective prioritization to manage several goals simultaneously
  • Clear and engaging communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to work autonomously and remain motivated to hit weekly targets
