Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential E-commerce sellers to discuss their business needs and offer our services.
Train our clients on how to use our system to create, track & monitor their orders.
Deliver client-focused solutions based on client needs.
Ensuring clients are charged the correct price for the service provided.
Make sure that the new accounts are stable and active during the incubation period.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through regular follow-up calls and emails.
Negotiate and close deals with potential sellers.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
1+ year of experience as Fulfillment Tele-sales in the Logistics / E-commerce field.
Bachelor's degree is a must.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport with potential customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
