Needs assessment: Identify knowledge gaps and development needs.
Program design: Create and update training programs, curriculum, and learning materials, such as presentations, manuals, and online modules.
Program delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars, often using blended learning approaches.
Technology and platforms: Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other e-learning tools to deliver and track online training.
Develop and manage Front Row University sessions
Requirements
8+ years of experience in learning & development
Proven success in designing and executing scalable learning programs across different employee levels
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Passion for employee development and cultivating inclusive, growth-minded cultures
Experience in a high-growth, evolving environment; familiarity with L&D tools (e.g., LMS, AI tools, survey platforms); and certification in learning design, coaching, or facilitation are a plus
