About the role

  • Serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design to support business goals.
  • Leads and supports organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategies and fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience.
  • Utilizes data-driven insights to inform decision-making, identify trends, and develop strategies that enhance employee experience and drive business performance.
  • Serves as a trusted partner to leaders in developing and implementing talent strategies and solutions that support business needs and align with business strategy.
  • Develops and executes strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, fostering a positive organizational culture that attracts and retains top talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's is a plus
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years in an HRBP role
  • Prior, proven experience as a business partner in a shared service/COE model strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in leading organizational change and driving cultural transformation
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and emerging trends
