About the role

  • Director of GTM Commercial Operations designing and executing distribution strategies for SaaS payments. Leading cross-functional collaboration and mentoring within the commercial operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and execute commercial distribution strategies and processes for Platform SaaS payments features.
  • Own documentation and adoption of scalable distribution methods and corresponding processes.
  • Build, in partnership with cross functional stakeholders, and manage progress monitoring tooling to ensure distribution strategies and processes drive desired target commercial outcome by initiative.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Quarterback data-driven problem solving and accountability for action owners to drive issue resolution.
  • Foster collaboration across product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective communication on commercial deliveries.
  • Lead and mentor a team of commercial operations professionals, to bring new distribution strategies and processes to scale across the Platforms organization.

Requirements

  • 12+ years relevant work experience; prior experience in go-to-market, strategic, operational roles, digital capabilities for the channel, including project and budget management
  • MBA and management consulting experience a plus
  • Payments experience required, B2B2X SaaS experience a significant plus
  • Extremely detailed oriented. Has a "belt and suspenders" and "trust but verify" mindset and approach to ensure we reach our outcomes.
  • Demonstrated track record building commercial distribution strategies and quarter backing progress monitoring performance
  • Superb leadership and influencing skills; ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
  • Excellent people management skills and experience; ability to build strong, diverse, high performing teams
  • Passion for and demonstrated success understanding and fulfilling internal or external customer needs; problem-solver, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Executive presence, strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage change and ambiguity with an action-orientation/drive - must thrive in a dynamic global environment
  • High energy, strong work ethic, disciplined execution skills, ownership mindset, willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver results with a bias toward action.
