Responsibilities
- Responsible for the oversight, development, maintenance, and governance of the Consumer Bank Procedure Program
- Ensure all procedural documentation is accurate, accessible, aligned with regulatory requirements, and supports the overall objectives of the bank
- Oversee two direct reports and collaborate cross functionally with stakeholders
- Manage all aspects of the procedure program
- Review all procedures submitted to ensure clarity and compliance with standards
- Lead implementation of procedure updates in response to system changes or audits
- Identify and work on procedural deficiencies with various departments
- Manage tracking of procedure submissions and reviews
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Advanced degree – Associates, Bachelors, Masters, etc. – preferred
- In depth knowledge of banking practices and regulations
- Successful supervision / management experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard banking programs
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Must have highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Must have excellent organization, and analytical skills
- Must be able to demonstrate successful change and project management.
