About the role

  • Directeur(trice) gérant les relations clients pour l'épargne et retraite collectives chez iA Financial Group. Établir des relations, former les clients et soutenir le développement des affaires.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the dedicated client contact by establishing, developing and maintaining value-based relationships with plan sponsors
  • Participate in pension committee meetings, annual meetings and meetings with client staff
  • Deliver in-depth training on products, tools and services to support effective management of group savings and retirement plans
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions while respecting service standards and capabilities
  • Collaborate with the financial education team to develop communication plans aimed at increasing participant enrollment and engagement
  • Proactively inform clients of changes that may affect their plan (products, services, legislative or other aspects)
  • Support business development by collaborating with the sales team and participating in the preparation and presentation of finalist proposals
  • Contribute to the evolution of service strategies and models
  • Actively participate in team life by sharing best practices and industry knowledge

Requirements

  • Holds a university degree (BA)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial services, financial planning or customer service
  • Strong knowledge of pension plans and solid technical skills
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, autonomy and team spirit
  • Comfortable in a dynamic environment and able to work under pressure
  • Experience managing client relationships and working with internal and external partners
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
  • Holds a group savings and retirement insurance license from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
  • Understanding of and experience with Lean philosophy (A3, Kaizen, DMS)
  • Advanced level of English
