Lead the global merchandising strategy for Dearfoams across markets.
Drive commercial success, ensuring consumer relevance, and delivering a compelling customer experience across all franchise formats.
Align global brand direction with market needs and lead cross-functional collaboration.
Build a high-performing merchandising team.
Support Chief Merchandising Officer on strategic and long-range brand planning initiatives.
Execute brand initiatives set by Chief Merchandising Officer for growth in existing and new categories.
Manage product creation and lifecycle.
Identify go-to-market strategies with marketing team for consumer product stories and launch plans.
Ensure alignment of cross-functional teams on key initiatives and timelines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of experience in Merchandising or related field.
Footwear experience required, including understanding of footwear construction and manufacturing processes.
Demonstrated achievement of sales, margin, and inventory productivity targets across franchise or multi-market environments.
Proven ability to execute market calendars and milestone deliverables on time.
Strong track record of franchise partner satisfaction and seasonal assortment adoption.
Proven success leading, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities and financial acumen.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic business environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent written, verbal, visual, and presentation skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience leveraging Microsoft Suite and Artificial Intelligence tools.
Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
