Responsibilities
- The Director, Care Management leads teams of nurses and behavior health professionals responsible for care management.
- Oversees the assessment and evaluation of members' needs and requirements to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness state.
- Guides members/families toward and facilitates interaction with resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members.
- Implements new/updated programs or large-scale projects for the function and supports technical/operational procedures and processes.
- Implements strategic plans, drives goals and objectives, and improves performance.
Requirements
- 8 or more years of technical experience
- 5 or more years of management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or a related field
- Prior work experience in the health solutions industry with demonstrated success directing and leading teams
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting financial trends
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Access
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Must physically reside in the Indianapolis Metro Area and be commutable to the Indianapolis office 3 days per week
