Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of developers, automation engineers, and support engineers
- Act as the FTS Product Manager/Lead for the service automation platform

- Own a secure, unified private cloud provisioning experience delivered through a single self‑service portal and APIs
- Lead development of a global on‑premises infrastructure provisioning platform supporting both Day 1 (provisioning) and Day 2 (lifecycle management) operations
- Enable repeatable server provisioning using engineered patterns that optimize consumption of underlying data center capacity
- Recommend and execute business-wide strategies and escalate significant risks or delivery issues to senior management as needed

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with networking, systems engineering, virtualization, and private cloud technologies
- 7+ years of experience managing VMware environments, including vCenter and vRA/vRO
- 5+ years of experience delivering infrastructure automation platforms in regulated enterprise environments
- 5+ years of experience managing cross‑functional teams and operating at both strategic and execution levels
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
- Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Prior experience in a Product Manager role
