Responsibilities
Lead revenue growth across Match Group’s properties in the UK market and other EU markets
Develop strategic relationships with agencies and brand clients
Drive new business and manage key accounts
Deliver integrated advertising and partnership solutions across Match Group’s platforms
Build and expand relationships with top-tier agencies and marketing decision-makers across key industries
Represent Match Group’s advertising capabilities to the UK market
Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities through direct and programmatic channels
Oversee responses to RFPs, ensuring high-quality, insight-driven proposals
Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing
Collaborate with finance, legal, and ad operations to ensure smooth campaign delivery
Partner with product, marketing, and data teams to develop compelling and measurable advertising solutions
Work closely with Match Group’s brand marketing, editorial, and product teams
Track, analyze, and report key sales and performance metrics
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8–10+ years of digital media sales experience, including leadership of sales teams or key accounts
Strong existing relationships with senior decision-makers at major media agencies and F1000 brands
Demonstrated success in securing and managing six-figure+ commercial partnerships
Proven ability to exceed revenue targets and manage high-value pipelines
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
Deep understanding of digital, programmatic, and mobile advertising ecosystems
Commercial acumen with strong negotiation and analytical skills
Data-driven mindset, with experience using CRM and forecasting tools
