Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare and/or relevant IT training experience required
  • Strong instructional and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of clinical workflows
  • Effective troubleshooting and communication abilities
  • Passion for continuous learning and improvement
